Can I amend an order that I have already placed?

Can I cancel my order if it has not been dispatched yet?

Can I exchange or return any item?

Yes as long as it is in perfect condition with unopened original packing with all seals intact. Returns are also subject to a complete technical evaluation and may have re-certification charges removed from your credit. If you decided to return an item, you will be responsible for the return delivery fee.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

Once the product has been inspected and is in perfect condition with unopened original packing with all seals intact, you will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 14-21 working days, depending on your bank.
